Return policy

At Siam's Secret, your satisfaction is our priority. Although we do not have a "satisfied or refunded" policy, we accept returns under the conditions described below:

Return Conditions

  1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
  2. Product Condition: Products must be returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with the returned product.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning a product, please contact us at contact@siamssecret.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Product Return: Carefully package the product and return it to the address provided by our customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.
  3. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued via your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products on sale or with a special discount.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged, in exchange for the same item. Please contact us to discuss availability and exchange terms.

Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.
